What We're Looking For

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, as are candidates with up to 2 years' experience in freight forwarding / logistics customer service

• Diploma / Degree in any field

• Eager to learn, detail-oriented, with a customer-first mindset

• Organised and responsive, able to handle multiple shipments

• Good command of English; additional languages an advantage

• Prior forwarding / logistics experience is a plus, but not required

The Role
You'll be a key point of contact for our customers  coordinating shipments from booking to delivery, handling documentation, and keeping clients updated. We have clear SOPs and full training, so whether you're starting your career or already have a couple of years in the field, we'll set you up to succeed.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate customer shipments from booking through to final delivery

• Handle shipping documents (BL/AWB), customs coordination, and shipment status updates

• Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, and international agents on ETD/ETA and follow-ups

• Keep customers updated proactively and resolve issues before they escalate

• Maintain accurate records and meet our service-standard timelines
