Position Objective
- Responsible for driving quality traffic and campaign performance across digital channels, supporting both online and offline business growth. This role focuses on executing data-driven campaigns, supporting brand-led initiatives, and enhancing the customer journey through paid media, KOL/KOC collaborations, and CRM alignment.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing & Traffic Growth
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok (SEM, Display, YouTube), and other relevant channels.
- Monitor website traffic trends and campaign performance to support Brand Marketing campaign objectives.
- Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to improve traffic quality and conversion rates.
- Collaborate closely with the Brand Marketing team to align campaign direction and traffic KPIs.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to track user behavior, customer journeys, and campaign effectiveness.
- Identify traffic drop-off points and recommend improvements to enhance user experience and conversion performance.
KOL/KOC Management (O2O Focus)
- Identify, source, and manage KOL/KOC collaborations to support marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate content direction and deliverables in line with campaign objectives, including both online and offline/store visit activations.
- Ensure a seamless customer journey across online and offline touchpoints.
- Track and evaluate influencer performance, including traffic generation, engagement, and conversion impact.
Customer Data Platform (CDP) Collaboration
- Act as the liaison between the Performance Marketing, E-Commerce, and CDP teams (e.g., Insider platform).
- Align campaign objectives with EDM, web push notifications, and app push campaigns.
- Provide audience segmentation inputs and campaign briefs for CRM activations.
- Support data-driven personalization and customer engagement strategies.
Emerging Channels & Innovation
- Explore, test, and evaluate new marketing channels such as Xiaohongshu (RED), emerging ad formats, and new digital platforms.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform developments, and shifts in consumer behavior.
Reporting & Insights
- Prepare and present reports on advertising performance, website traffic, and KOL/KOC campaign outcomes.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve ROI, campaign effectiveness, and overall marketing performance.
- Track budget utilization and optimize allocation across channels to maximize returns.
