•        Review merchant requests and assign task to outstation technicians based on their schedules and regional locations

•        Physically prepare and pack credit card terminals, SIM cards, and accessories. Arrange for courier services to outstation sites and track shipments to ensure timely arrival.

•        Carefully review and verify all complete jobs from technicians to ensure the work was done correctly and all required data was captured.

•        Received and check all items returned from outstation (e.g.; faulty terminal, old stock). Cross-match physical items against the CRM records to ensure nothing is missing.

•        SPM, Siji, Diploma / Degree in Any Field

•        Fresh candidates are welcome; experience in administrative support or coordination is an advantage.

•        Experience with courier arrangements or basic inventory checking is helpful.

•        Must be extremely meticulous when packing equipment and verifying serial numbers to avoid errors

•        Takes full ownership of the job from assignment until the returned items are safely back in the office.

•        Able to handle multiple courier shipments and technician schedules at the same time.

•        Committed to ensuring all jobs are completed on time and all documentation is verified promptly.
