任职资格
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR.
- Familiar with payroll processing and Malaysian labor laws.
- Experience in handling EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and leave administration.
- Knowledge of ISO documentation is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
岗位职责
- Manage the full recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Handle payroll processing, attendance, leave management, and employee records.
- Administer statutory contributions such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.
- Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Maintain and update HR policies and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Coordinate employee training, welfare activities, and performance evaluations.
- Support ISO documentation and ensure HR records are properly maintained.
- Handle general administrative duties and assist management on ad-hoc assignments.
