• Basic understanding of social media ads is a plus (Meta Ads preferred)

What You Will Do:

• Run and optimize paid ads on Meta and other performance platforms
• Use AI tools to analyse customer behavior, identify insights and generate high-converting ad angles & hooks
• Continuously test multiple creatives, audiences and campaigns to improve ROAS, conversion rate and sales
• Work closely with the creative/editor team by giving clear ad direction, hooks, and performance feedback
• Analyse campaign data daily/weekly to improve performance and make data-driven decisions

• Energetic team (mainly born in the 90s & 00s)
