Job Description

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Communications, Mass Communication, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, or related fields.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Creative thinker with good organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Candidates who can communicate effectively in Mandarin are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and execute content strategies across the company's social media platforms.
  • Create, edit, and publish engaging content including captions, promotional materials, and social media posts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop creative and up-to-date content.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Monitor social media performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and present marketing plans, promotional campaigns, and annual marketing budgets for management approval.
  • Perform other marketing-related duties assigned by management
