岗位职责
Coordinate and support daily sales operations.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related documentation.
Follow up with customers on inquiries, orders, and deliveries.
Liaise with logistics partners, and internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Handle customer service matters professionally and efficiently.
