Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation

• Identify and approach potential clients through networking, referrals, social media, and prospecting activities.

• Build and maintain a strong client database.

2. Appointment Setting

• Contact prospective clients via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, or social media.

• Arrange face-to-face or online appointments.

3. Financial Needs Analysis

• Assess clients’ financial goals, commitments, and protection needs.

• Conduct fact-finding sessions to understand clients’ situations.

4. Takaful Consultation

• Educate clients on Takaful concepts and available solutions.

• Recommend suitable protection, medical, savings, education, and wealth accumulation plans.

5. Sales Presentation

• Present Takaful solutions professionally.

• Handle inquiries and objections effectively.

6. Application & Documentation

• Assist clients in completing application forms and required documentation.

• Ensure accurate and timely submission of cases.

7. Customer Service & Policy Review

• Provide after-sales service and policy reviews.

• Assist clients with claims, policy servicing, and updates.

8. Relationship Management

• Build long-term relationships with clients.

• Generate referrals and expand professional networks.

9. Performance & Development

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Participate in training, coaching, and professional development programs.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

• Own transportation is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities – Takaful Sales Executive

• Prospect and identify potential clients through networking, referrals, social media, and other lead-generation activities.

• Schedule and conduct appointments with prospective clients.

• Analyze clients’ financial needs and protection requirements.

• Recommend suitable Takaful solutions based on clients’ goals and circumstances.

• Present Takaful products and explain benefits clearly and professionally.

• Assist clients with application forms and required documentation.

• Follow up with clients throughout the application and approval process.

• Provide ongoing after-sales service, including policy reviews and claims assistance.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.

• Generate referrals from existing clients and expand the customer base.

• Achieve individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Participate in training, workshops, and team meetings to enhance professional knowledge and skills.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and Shariah principles.
