Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field.

1–4 years of experience in graphic design; strong fresh graduates with a good portfolio are welcome.

Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; Canva or InDesign is an advantage.

Good sense of layout, typography, colour, composition, branding, and visual hierarchy.

Able to create designs that are not only aesthetic, but also clear and effective for marketing communication.

Comfortable using or learning AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, or other creative tools for idea generation and design support.

Detail-oriented, responsible, open to feedback, and able to handle multiple projects within deadlines.

Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and willingness to contribute to company growth.

A strong portfolio matters more than years of experience.

Design visual content for FELEMENT’s digital and print platforms — including social media, campaigns, events, packaging, brochures, banners, presentations, and sales materials.

You will turn business goals and marketing ideas into visuals that are clear, on-brand, attractive, and effective.

Create assets for social media, campaigns, events, product promotions, and sales materials.

Maintain brand consistency across all design touchpoints.

Prepare artwork for online publishing and print production.

Work closely with marketing, content, and creative teams to deliver designs on time.

Adapt designs based on platform formats, campaign needs, and content trends.

Contribute fresh ideas for campaign visuals and creative improvements.
