Lead overall sales performance across retail stores to achieve revenue targets, KPIs and business objectives.

Analyse sales data, customer insights and market trends to identify growth opportunities and improve business performance.

Ensure consistent execution of operational standards, company policies and SOPs across all store locations.

Conduct regular store visits and store operational performance, compliance and customer experience.

Work with cross-functional teams such as merchandising, marketing and logistic teams for assortment and promotions.

Drive continuous improvement in store operations, productivity and efficiency.

Support new store openings, relocations and refurbishment projects.

Manage budgets, control operational costs and support profitability across retail operations.

Lead, coach and develop the retail operations team, including hiring, training retail staffs and performance management.

Monitor and improve customer experience, including service recovery and escalation handling.

Lease with mall management pertaining renovation, renewal contract and etc.
