What you will bring

• Preferably minimum 1 years working experience & good communication skills with internal/external stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.

• Possess high level of integrity, initiative, commitment and sense of urgency

• Effective time management skills to meet deadlines and complete tasks promptly.

• Excellent administrative, organizational and problem solving skills.

The Mission You Will Take on – What You Will Do

• Prepare and issue invoices to clients accurately and on a timely basis.

• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding payments.

• Perform daily AR reconciliation and update accounting records.

• Liaise with clients regarding billing queries, discrepancies, and payment status.

• Prepare monthly AR reports and summaries for management.

• Support finance team in audit and financial documentation when required.

• Manage end-to-end administrative process for foreign workers (e.g. permit, visa, levy, insurance, medical check-up).

• Prepare and maintain foreign worker documentation and records.

• Liaise with government agencies, embassies, agents, and service providers.

• Track expiry dates for permits, passports, visas, and ensure timely renewal.

• Support onboarding and offboarding process for foreign workers.
  Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies related to foreign employees.
