Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.

At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Applicants must be willing to work in KD3, Petaling Jaya.

Plan, monitor, and adjust material requirements based on operational needs, ensuring timely replenishment and avoiding shortages or overstocking.

Coordinate with procurement and warehouse to ensure smooth material flow and timely delivery.

Monitor inventory levels, track stock movement, and ensure accuracy of records while investigating and resolving discrepancies.

Prepare and maintain planning data, reports, and documentation, ensuring all records are complete, accurate, and audit-ready.

Follow up on material requests, delivery status, and outstanding issues to ensure timely resolution.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders on planning updates, delays, and operational issues.

Ensure compliance with Company SOPs, including proper documentation, approvals, and processes.

Identify planning gaps or inefficiencies and propose improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Escalate any risks, delays, or non-compliance to the superior in a timely manner.
