Proven experience in HR and administration, preferably at supervisory or managerial level.
Familiarity with ISO standards and ability to manage certification processes.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to balance HR responsibilities with administrative oversight in a manufacturing/industrial environment.

Manage HR activities including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor regulations.
Drive ISO-related initiatives, ensuring documentation, audits, and continuous improvement processes are effectively implemented.
Act as Head of Administration, supervising administrative staff and coordinating office management tasks.
Provide strategic input to management on HR and administrative matters to support business growth
