· Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or equivalent with at least 2–3 years’ experience in administration.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills in English, Mandarin, Malay
· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities
· Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes.
· Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
· Do payroll preparation and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
· Oversee general office administration, ensuring smooth daily operations.
· Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing systems (physical & digital).
