Job Vacancy: Sales Manager

Location: Tenasia Corporation Sdn Bhd, Nilai, Negeri Sembilan.

Department: Sales & Marketing Department

Report to: Managing Director

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan and Achieve Sales Targets
• Develop and execute sales plans to meet monthly and annual goals.
• Identify and approach potential plantation and estate customers.
• Grow Market and Customer Base
• Expand sales in palm oil plantations, FELDA, FELCRA, and private estates.
• Build and maintain relationships with plantation managers, procurement teams, and dealers.
• Lead and Support Sales Team
• Manage and guide the sales team to achieve targets.
• Provide training and support to improve product and sales skills.
• Product Promotion and Demonstration
• Organize product demos, field trials, and technical workshops.
• Explain product benefits and provide solutions based on plantation needs.
• Customer Service and After-Sales Support
• Follow up on customer orders, feedback, and complaints.
• Ensure excellent after-sales service and problem resolution.
• Reporting and Market Feedback
• Prepare sales reports and updates for management.
• Share customer feedback and market trends for product improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Business, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience. (Experience in palm oil industry will be an added advantage).
• Good knowledge of current trend.
• Willing to build Strong networking with plantation groups (e.g., Sime Darby Plantation, IOI, KLK, FGV, Boustead, etc.).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Willing to travel extensively within Malaysia (Peninsular & East Malaysia).
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage.

Remarks

- Candidate must be willing to work in Nilai (No transport problem)

- Working days : Monday-Friday

- Working hours : 08.30am-05.00pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
