1-2 years of hands-on experience managing Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop Seller Centers. Fresh graduates with a strong passion for e-commerce are welcome to apply!

Familiarity with basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) for quick banner updates is a major plus.

Fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Proactive, organized, and capable of handling high-volume tasks during peak campaign seasons.

Maintain and optimize product listings, pricing, and stock inventory across all e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, etc.).

Plan, setup, and execute mega-campaigns (e.g., 9.9, 11.11, Monthly Double-Digit sales) including vouchers, flash sales, and store decorations.

Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and manage store ratings to ensure a high customer satisfaction score.

Work closely with the warehouse/logistics team to ensure daily orders are packed and shipped efficiently.

Track and analyze store performance metrics (traffic, conversion rates, ROI) to suggest actionable sales growth strategies.
