  • Experience in the banking/mortgage/property industry is an advantage
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Self-driven, disciplined, and result-oriented
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Able to start work immediately

岗位职责

  • Assist clients in applying for housing loans/refinancing
  • Provide professional advice on mortgage solutions & packages
  • Liaise with banks, lawyers & clients to ensure smooth process
  • Follow up closely on loan applications until approval
  • Generate leads through marketing, networking & database
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business
