    • Ability to efficiently handle daily orders and meet deadlines.

    • Capable of clear reporting of issues and effective coordination with coworkers, supervisors, and logistics partners.

  5. Physical & Operational Ability:

    • Safely handles packages and operates warehouse equipment.

  6. Problem-Solving:

    • Ensures timely dispatch when logistics partners are suddenly unavailable.

    • Packs items strategically to protect them during shipping.

  7. Reliability:

    • Dependable, punctual, and follows standard procedures.

岗位职责

  1. Order Fulfillment:

    • Operate and understand the ERP system for order fulfillment.

    • Pick, sort, and pack orders from the Picking List, ensuring items are securely packed for shipping.

    • Coordinate with logistics partners for timely parcel collection, ensuring each parcel is scanned and registered.

  2. Parcel Handling:

    • Deliver parcels to drop-off points as needed, especially when logistics partners are unable to collect.

    • Follow all steps in order fulfillment, including:

      • Picking items from the Picking List.

      • Scanning SKUs for each item.

      • Printing and affixing the correct shipping label/Airway Bill (AWB).

      • Packing items securely for shipping.

      • Marking all shipped parcels in the ERP system.

  3. Returns Management:

    • Check all returned parcels daily; place items in good condition back to designated locations.

    • Update inventory in the ERP system and submit a report to the designated WhatsApp group.

    • Report any damages or defects.

  4. Inventory Management:

    • Perform weekly stock inventory counts and update inventory records in the ERP system.

    • Submit inventory reports to the designated WhatsApp group.

    • Unload incoming shipments, unpack, count items, and store them in designated/new locations.

    • Update goods received in the ERP system and inform about missing, damaged, or short-quantity items.

    • Screenshot the Intelligent Picking page at 9am, 3pm, and 6pm, and send it to the WhatsApp group.

  5. Supplies Management:

    • Keep track of packing and equipment supplies, reporting before stocks run low.

    • Print and affix SKU labels to goods lacking SKU labels.

    • Print and affix location labels when creating new locations.

  6. Ad-hoc Tasks:

    • Fulfill ad-hoc requests from sellers and perform other duties assigned by the superior.

  7. Safety and Cleanliness:

    • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and remove hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
