1. Educational requirements: SPM, fresh graduated are welcome to apply

2. Work experience: Experience in related catering or retail industries is preferred, but training is provided for novices and fresh graduates.

3. Communication skills: Good verbal expression skills, able to communicate effectively with customers, understand and meet customer needs.

1. Customer ServiceGreet customers, communicate with customers in a friendly and polite manner, understand their needs and provide order suggestions. Handle customer complaints and issues to ensure that customers have a good consumption experience.

2. Make drinks According to customer orders, make milk tea and other drinks accurately and quickly. Mix drinks according to the specified recipes to ensure consistent taste.

3. Cashier and AccountingUse the cash register system to process customer payments and ensure the accuracy of cash or electronic payments. Organize daily sales records and keep accounts clear.

4. Cleaning and MaintenanceKeep the work area and equipment clean, including the preparation table, beverage machine and dining area. Daily cleaning work is required after get off work to ensure that the store hygiene meets the standards.

5. Inventory ManagementMonitor the inventory of raw materials in the store to ensure that there are enough raw materials for daily use. Contact suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of inventory to avoid out-of-stock.

6. Promotion and Recommendation of ProductsIntroduce new products and promotions in the store to encourage customers to buy. Promote specific products or packages according to the season or sales strategy.

7. Teamwork cooperate with other store staff to ensure smooth store operations. Coordinate work during peak hours to improve service efficiency.
