• Possess Degree/Diploma in Nursing

• Registered Nurse with a valid license with Malaysia Nursing Board.

• Minimum 5 years working experience and 2 year’s supervisory level in related field. 

• Supervisory experience in an acute tertiary Health Care Facilities is an added advantage.

• Post basic certification is an added advantage

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to manage resources and ensure operational efficiency.

We are seeking a Duty Nurse Administrator to efficiently and effectively oversee the Nursing Department, ensuring alignment with the hospital's goals and objectives, and delivering high-quality care to our patients.

Operational Management:

• Monitoring and implantation of safety and health standards.

• Creating awareness of safety and health standards.

• Audit non-conformance of standards of practice

• Enhancing the quality of service offered to the customers

Quality and Customer Service:

• Managing customers’ complaint promptly.

• Attending efficiently and timely to the needs of customers

• Liaise with relevant Departments to resolve problems.

• Motivating and developing staffs towards customer centric culture.

• Analyzing customers’ feedback

Operational Efficiency:

• Assist Managers in effective utilization and maintenance of resources.

• Reducing wastage and eliminating pilferage

• Assist Nurse Manager in ensuring the unit is appropriately staffed by deploying and approving overtime
