Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.

Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to speak English; additional languages are an added advantage.

Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor.

Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.

Basic knowledge of local attractions, transportation routes, and tourist information.

Honest, reliable, and punctual.

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure.

Assist guests with luggage, packages, and personal belongings.

Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel facilities, services, and room features.

Deliver guest requests, messages, parcels, and amenities promptly.

Provide information regarding hotel services, local attractions, transportation, and directions.

Assist in arranging transportation such as taxis and airport transfers.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas.

Handle guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service at all times.

Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.

Ensure luggage is properly tagged, stored, and delivered accurately.

Follow hotel safety, security, and service standards.

Report any guest complaints, incidents, or maintenance issues to supervisors immediately.
