Recognized Degree in Pharmacy by the Malaysian Pharmacy Board.

Candidate with hospital setting experience managing inventory & procurement

Current registration as a practicing pharmacist with the Malaysian Pharmacy Board

Provide a quality service in line with the direction and vision of the Hospital

Ensure clinical appropriateness of prescriptions and are accurately dispensed to the correct patient every time

Ensure medications are stored and dispensed appropriately to maintain the efficacy and quality

Ensure monitoring is conducted as per schedule

Ensure profitability in service areas

Ensure work practices are within the requirements of the law and hospital policies/standard operating procedures (SOP) e.g. Poison Act, Dangerous Drugs Act, Poison (Psychotropic Substances) Regulations and accreditation standards

Ensure that standards & customers’ expectations are met

Ensure efficiency in provision of ward supply

Ensure quality and sterility of medication

Ensure the provision of an efficient and safe medication practices

Ensure continuous improvement in various pharmacy services

Supervision of work performed by staffs in the service area is in accordance to required standards of performance

Facilitate the management of pharmacy inventory and formulary

Provide general administrative support within Pharmacy Department
