Job description

• To handle basic customer feedback and performing service recovery

• To do serving for all in-patient meal efficiently and effectively daily

• To report to F&B Manager and senior server on daily operational issues such patient complaint or ward issues with sisters.

• To closely monitor on all safety and hygiene standard during operational period
