任职资格
Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
Prior experience in billing, cashiering, or administrative roles in hospital setting.
Vacancies available in both office hour and shift work arrangement (3 shifts)
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
Knowledge of Guarantee Letter-related tasks, insurance claims, and familiarity with insurance companies, corporate clients, and TPAs is an added advantage
岗位职责
Assist patients with registration, billing and payment.
Register, perform cashiering, review and finalize bills, ensure all charges are captured accordingly.
Address patient queries related to billing, payments processes and other related matters.
Collaborate with the finance and administrative teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
Provision of excellence customer services relating to Business Office Department in order to ensure smooth and efficient flow for outpatients.
