Minimum SPM Certificate or Diploma in Healthcare will be advantage

Acceptable for another non-related Diploma Certificate  

Possess prior experience as Patient Care Assistant

Performing range of patient care according to prescribed methods, techniques and standards

Able to commit to 3 shifts (a.m. / p.m. / midnight shifts, rotational)

Able to comply with uniform policy (i.e: no visible tattoos, elbow-length sleeve uniform)

Respond to patient needs or queries promptly and follow up appropriately.

Adhering to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instruction and policies for all procedures carried out in all areas assigned. 

Coordinate patient to other departments for diagnostic tests, lab investigations or admission if necessary.

Ensure appropriate forms such as lab forms, charge forms etc are filled up as ordered by Doctor and checked correct patient identifications.

Assist patients with transfers, ambulation and other mobility e.g. wheelchairs.

Performing administrative jobs including proper and correct filing of patients’ records
