任职资格
Minimum Diploma or Degree in relevant fields, with a minimum of one year working experience in an administrative role.
Possess own vehicle and willing to work at SS13, Subang Jaya.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Immediate joiner is preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.
岗位职责
As a Administration Executive , you will report to the Sales Administration Manager. You will be responsible for supporting our sales engineer team in administration and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a good opportunity to enhance your multitasking, communication, and administrative skills.
You will play an important role to:
Handle customer's incoming calls and enquiries.
Prepare delivery order & tax invoices.
Prepare stock adjustment.
Prepare order confirmations, tax invoices & packing lists.
Monitor stock & delivery schedule for incoming purchase order from customers.
Prepare purchase orders.
Prepare credit/debit requisitions.
Responsible for delivery arrangement.
Prepare monthly stock allocations.
To arrange parcels and documents for respective departments via courier.
Maintain general filing system.
To assist any other administrative responsibilities, including ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
