任职资格
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, or customer service is an added advantage.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving and coordination skills.
岗位职责
- Handle customer enquiries related to LTL shipments professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate daily shipment arrangements with internal operations and logistics teams.
- Prepare, verify, and maintain shipping documents accurately.
- Monitor shipment status and provide regular updates to customers until successful delivery.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain shipment tracking records and daily operational reports.
- Assist in preparing monthly revenue reports and Profit & Loss (P&L) reports.
- Attend meetings and follow up on action items when required.
- Maintain and update customer databases and records.
- Support ad-hoc assignments and projects assigned by the Head of Department.
