Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying (QS) or a related discipline.

Excellent communicationandnegotiation skills.

Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).

Manage tendering processes, including bid evaluation and contract negotiation.

Administer contracts and handle variations, claims, and final accounts.

Monitor project costs and prepare financial reportsandforecasts regularly.

Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, contractors,andclients.

Certify contractor payment applications and perform interim valuations.

Identify cost-saving opportunitiesand assessfinancial risks.

Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and contract laws.
