职位描述

任职资格

  • At least 2 years experience in IT support

  • Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent

  • Meticulous and attention to details

  • Have an open mind-set with strong perseverance attitude

  • Proactive with good time management skills

岗位职责

  • Provide IT support remotely and onsite for Rentalworks clients

  • Manage support tickets via Rentalworks ServiceDesk to ensure SLAs are met

  • IT support on all end user computing devices; laptops, desktops, tablets & other IT devices

  • Work on IT projects on planning and implementation

  • Provide preventive maintenance support on a fixed scheduling

  • Reports to Group IT Support Manager
