Manage and organise both digital and physical documents according to company policies
Ensure proper labelling, storage, and easy retrieval of records
Maintain and update document control systems and procedures
Monitor data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems
Coordinate with different departments for document and data requirements
Maintain proper filing systems and documentation records
Perform administrative and ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Gain hands-on experience in document control and data management
