任职资格
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in customer service, order management, supply chain, logistics, or related operations roles within a B2B environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP or business systems (e.g., SAP) is an advantage.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage high-volume workloads and meet deadlines.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and support overtime when required.
Candidates with accounting, finance, or commercial operations experience will have an added advantage.
岗位职责
Manage contract administration, trade documentation, and system updates to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Handle invoicing, payment processing, cash collection monitoring, and account reconciliations.
Maintain stock records, warehouse reports, and inventory data within internal systems.
Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, order tracking, documentation requests, and complaint resolution.
Prepare, verify, and manage export documentation to support international shipments and regulatory requirements.
