Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant post-Part II architectural experience are encouraged to apply.
A strong passion for and interest in Data Centre developments and mission-critical facilities is highly desirable. Exposure to large-scale, complex, or technically demanding projects will be an added advantage.
Serve as a key liaison between Clients, Consultants, Contractors, and relevant Authorities, ensuring clear communication, effective coordination, and timely resolution of project-related matters throughout all project stages.
Assist in the development of innovative architectural concepts and detailed design solutions, while preparing, reviewing, coordinating, and updating architectural drawings and documentation to meet project requirements, design intent, and regulatory standards.
Support project teams in design coordination, technical submissions, authority approvals, and contract documentation, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest professional standards.
Demonstrate strong organizational and project management abilities, with the capability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic architectural practice.
Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM platforms, and Adobe Creative Suite will be an advantage.
