Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field

• Minimum 1–3 years working experience in sales support, sales admin, or operations

• Experience in B2B, FMCG, food supply, or distribution is an advantage

• Comfortable handling orders, coordination, and documentation

• Able to multitask and work with different departments

• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Positive attitude and customer-focused

• Willing to learn sales operations and business flow

• Able to follow through tasks and support the team

Key Responsibilities

• Process and coordinate customer orders accurately

• Liaise with warehouse, delivery, and accounts for smooth order fulfillment

• Support customer inquiries and order follow-ups

• Maintain sales records, order tracking, and basic reports

• Assist in sales coordination, promotions, and admin support

• Ensure smooth sales-to-delivery execution
