Responsible for driving Sales Revenue & Marketing to enhance Brand Presence across online and offline channels. This role combines direct selling, content creation, and lead generation, with a strong focus on Jewelry Business.

• Must-Have

1. Strong communication & persuasion skills
2. Sales-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
3. Advance understanding of social media (IG, FB, TikTok)
4. Mandarin speaker, also fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia
5. Able to work on Saturday (Mon-Fri 10am-6pm / Sat 1030am - 4pm)

• Good to Have

1. Experience in jewelry, luxury retail, or sales
2. Comfortable appearing in videos and social media content.
3. Interest in gold/diamonds/gemstones
4. Willing to travel internationally for business purposes is an added advantage.

1. Sales

Handle walk-in and online inquiries (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook)

Explain jewelry products, diamond specifications and pricing

Build trust and maintain relationships with customers

Follow up with potential customers and sales leads

2. Jewelry Trade-In Appraisal

Educate and assist customers throughout the process of selling their jewelry

Handle buyback inquiries and explain valuation process

Build confidence in your brand as a professional appraisal

3. Marketing & Content Creation

Manage and respond to social media inquiries and messages

Creative in creating pictures & videos ads post consistently

Assist in photography and video production for jewelry products

Coordinate and support marketing campaigns
