• Degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields preferred

• Minimum 3 years of experience in import/export logistics

• Familiar with international logistics processes, standards, and documentation

• Knowledge of import/export trade policies and regulations

• Experience using logistics systems or software

• Develop and execute international logistics transportation plans to support project and production requirements, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

• Oversee end-to-end logistics operations in Malaysia, including export bookings (sea and air freight), shipment tracking, and transportation milestone management.

• Coordinate closely with Delivery Centers, PMC teams, logistics partners, and suppliers to align shipment schedules and ensure smooth logistics execution.

• Monitor logistics performance, identify and resolve transportation issues, and implement corrective actions for disruptions and abnormal logistics events.

• Maintain logistics cost records, support cost control initiatives, and manage logistics data within transportation management and visualization systems.

• Prepare weekly and monthly logistics reports while supporting the evaluation, development, and performance management of local logistics service providers.
