Job Requirements:
SPM/ Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree students from all disciplines
Applicants must be willing to work in Sunsuria Forum, Setia Alam
Minimum 2 years working experience in car park operations
Willing to work 6 days a week including on weekends, public holiday and overtime
Willingness to work on shift rotation
Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia
Positive working attitude, hardworking and responsible
岗位职责
Job Responsibilities:
Manage parking and traffic control at entrances and exits.
Perform regular patrol on all parking levels.
Attend to customers' enquiries/requests/complaints. Resolve within the time frames and adherence to Company procedures and processes.
Provide assistance to customers i.e assist customers to locate vehicle, assist in emergency car breakdown etc.
Monitor and ensure full functionality of car park equipment at all times. Carry out emergency respond plan for breakdown and malfunctions of car park system when necessary.
Ensure compliance to all safety regulations and company policies. Inform management in case of violations.
Responsible for all payment collection i.e from season customers and visitors' collection. Ensure proper reconciliation and handover of all monies collected to Finance Department.
Ensure cleanliness of parking bays, signage, parking equipment and pay stations.
Prepare report as and when required.
Monitors the security of the car park via CCTV and by carrying out patrol duties.
Administers first aid to customers, if qualified and when necessary.
Understands and applies all policies implemented by Sunsuria Retail Forum to any personal data received, used, transmitted, processed, or stored.
Ensures that personal data is not disclosed to any unauthorized third party without obtaining clearance from the operation Manager.
