Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in marketing, hospitality sales, business development, or a related role.

• Experience in F&B, hospitality, or retail industries is an added advantage.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Experience with social media management and digital marketing platforms.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic design tools is an advantage.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.

Manage the company’s social media platforms, website, and digital marketing activities.

Create and coordinate marketing content, promotions, events, and partnerships.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, corporate clients, and strategic collaborations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.

Assist in planning and executing product launches, promotional campaigns, and special events.

Track and report marketing performance, sales activities, and campaign results.

Support customer inquiries and ensure excellent customer service.

Work closely with management and operations teams to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
