  • SPM or Diploma holder

  • Good communication skills

  • Sales or telesales experience is an advantage

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Able to commute to Glenmarie, Shah Alam

岗位职责

  • Call customers who want to terminate their services.

  • Understand customer concerns and offer suitable solutions.

  • Explain service benefits, pricing, and promotions.

  • Handle customer issues and update records in the system.

  • Work on rotational shifts (10am - 2pm or 2pm - 6pm)

  • Able to work 5 days per week
