Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in accounting or administrative role
Basic knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office
Responsible, organised, and able to handle multitasking
Good communication and teamwork skills

岗位职责
Handle daily accounting and administrative tasks
Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, quotations, and filing documentation
Manage accounts payable and receivable records
Assist in monthly report preparation and data entry
Coordinate with internal departments and external parties when necessary
Maintain proper documentation and office administration
