Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Minimum 5 years of accounting or finance experience

Experience handling full set accounts independently

Experience in retail operations, financial services, or SME finance is an added advantage

Familiar with AutoCount, SQL, or similar accounting systems

Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is an added advantage

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Oversee full set accounts and daily finance operations

Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, and cash flow reports

Monitor company expenses, operational costs, and financial performance

Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions and operational expenses

Manage monthly closing processes and reporting timelines

Monitor transaction accuracy and operational reporting

Ensure proper finance procedures and documentation are maintained

Develop and improve finance SOPs, reporting structures, and operational workflows

Strengthen internal controls for transaction handling, inventory records, and expense monitoring

Identify discrepancies and recommend operational or financial improvements

Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and external parties

Ensure accounting records comply with company policies and statutory requirements

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities

Supervise and guide junior finance/admin staff when required

Work closely with management on financial and operational matters

Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth
