任职资格

  • Possess basic accounting knowledge and bookkeeping skills
  • Proficient in SQL Accounting System and Microsoft Excel
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and organized
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

岗位职责

  • Handle day-to-day accounting operations
  • Maintain full set of accounts using SQL Accounting System
  • Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts
  • Manage accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP)
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations
  • Update and maintain accounting records in Excel spreadsheets
  • Prepare monthly management reports for review
  • Assist in payroll data preparation when required
  • Ensure all accounting documents are properly filed and organized
  • Support audit activities and ad-hoc assignments from management
