You will learn a lot in property investing, property managing as you will be handling [almost] most of of the operations.

From leasing, to negotiating, to closing deals with tenants and landlord, to handling contractors and investors: the only requirement we need is for you to be interested in the property market!

You will also have the chance to purchase [possibly your first] property at good deal.

Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin is a plus.

To rent out rooms or house to tenant

To guide clients in their rental journey。

To provide marketing support to the team like posting etc.

To achieve sales target set by the company

To follow up with clients, and provide consultation and recommendations.

Daily posting to several online platforms

Develop and maintain a productive long term relationship with your customer

Acquire deep understanding of customer needs and requirements

Collaborate closely with teams from other departments

Resolve any issues and problems of your clients and act as a link between your customer and the internal
