Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field
Minimum 1–3 years of relevant working experience in engineering consultancy, construction, or related industry
Familiar with government submission processes, documentation, and authority liaison work
Good communication and interpersonal skills to deal with government agencies and stakeholders
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of local authority requirements and engineering documentation will be an added advantage
岗位职责
Prepare, compile, and submit official documents to relevant government authorities and agencies
Liaise and coordinate with government bodies on project-related matters, applications, approvals, and compliance requirements
Follow up on submission status and ensure timely responses to authorities
Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted within required deadlines
Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders for supporting documents and technical information
Maintain proper records of submissions, correspondence, and approvals
Assist in ensuring projects comply with applicable regulations, standards, and authority requirements
Support management on administrative and operational matters related to engineering consultancy projects
