Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.

• Fresh graduates / experienced candidates are welcome (adjustable if needed).

• Knowledge of costing, contracts, and construction practices.

• Good analytical and negotiation skills.

• Strong attention to detail and communication ability.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimation, tendering, and budgeting.

• Handle project costing, quotations, and contract administration.

• Monitor project expenses and cost control.

• Prepare claims, progress payments, and valuation reports.

• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and project teams.

• Ensure project costs align with budgets and timelines.
