Requirements:
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Diploma / Degree in Human Resource, Business Admin, or related field.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Support employee onboarding and documentation.
Maintain employee records and HR filing.
Assist in attendance, leave, and HR administrative matters.
Coordinate internal communication and HR activities.
Support day-to-day HR operations.
