任职资格
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree or equivalent (2-5 years’ experience in purchasing).
Possess good attitude, result oriented and a team player.
Good interpersonal and able to work independently.
Able to start immediately/short notice is an advantage.
岗位职责
Manage purchasing in the smooth operation of the purchasing department.
Managed company documentation including purchase orders, goods received notes, invoicing, stock records, and general clerical tasks.
Source, evaluate & negotiate with suppliers for best pricing, quality & service.
Monitor deliveries & ensure timely arrival of goods.
Prepare purchase orders, tax/import documents & other related paperwork.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners while managing calendars, scheduling, and internal communications.
Liaise with Accounts on payment issues & support cost-saving initiatives.
Able to undertake the ad-hoc tasks and related duties as and when required from time to time.
Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
Able to communicate well and collaborate effectively with colleagues across multi-cultural backgrounds.
