  • Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree Business Development or a related field.

  • Proven experience above 5 years in sales and marketing, preferably in the fire safety or related industry.

  • Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

  • Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Skilled in digital marketing strategies and data analysis.

  • Proficient in creating PowerPoint presentations.

  • Knowledgeable in bidding processes and proposal development.

  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.

  • Exceptional negotiation skills and a customer-centric approach.

  • Willingness to travel as necessary to meet clients and attend events.

岗位职责

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and enhance brand visibility in the fire safety sector.

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.

  • Mentor and guide the sales team, setting clear targets and performance metrics, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, to promote our products and services.

  • Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment for all initiatives.

  • Track and analyse sales metrics, prepare regular reports on performance, and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our brand.

  • Design and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies to enhance market presence and drive revenue growth.

  • Set sales targets and monitor team performance, providing coaching and support to achieve objectives.

  • Conduct training sessions for the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and best practices.

  • Oversee the bidding process, ensuring proposals are competitive and tailored to client needs.

  • Create and deliver engaging presentations to customers, showcasing products and solutions effectively.

  • Deliver detailed reports on sales and marketing progress and results to top management.

  • Perform any other additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management to meet business requirements.
