Job Requirements / 职位要求

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • Minimum 3–5 years of HR working experience (Manager / Supervisor level)

  • Experience in recruitment and preparing job descriptions is a must

  • Knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and HR practices

  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

  • Able to work independently and handle confidential matters

  • Experience in construction / renovation / related industry is an added advantage

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

  • Detail-oriented, good coordination skills, and able to handle confidential information.

Language Requirement:Mandarin is required(daily work communication)

  • 人力资源、工商管理或相关科系本科以上学历

  • 至少 3–5 年 人力资源相关经验(经理 / 主管级)

  • 具备招聘经验,能独立撰写职位说明与招聘文案

  • 熟悉马来西亚劳工法令及人力资源操作

  • 良好的沟通、协调及问题解决能力

  • 能独立工作,具备责任感与保密意识

  • 有建筑 / 装修 / 相关行业经验者优先

  • 熟练使用办公软件(Word/Excel)。

语言要求:必须会华语(工作沟通需要);

岗位职责

Job Responsibilities / 工作职责

  • Prepare, review, and update job descriptions and job requirements for various positions

  • Plan and manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings on recruitment platforms

  • Screen resumes, arrange interviews, and coordinate hiring decisions with management

  • Handle onboarding process for new employees

  • Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and procedures in compliance with Malaysian labor laws

  • Manage employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination

  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and performance management

  • Provide HR advisory support to management

  • 负责撰写、更新及管理公司各职位的 Job Description 与 Job Requirement

  • 规划并执行招聘流程,包括在招聘网站发布职位广告

  • 简历筛选、安排面试及协助录用流程

  • 负责新员工入职安排与相关手续

  • 制定及执行人力资源政策、流程及制度,确保符合马来西亚劳工法令

  • 管理员工档案、考勤、请假及薪资相关协调工作

  • 处理员工关系、纪律与绩效管理事务

  • 为管理层提供人力资源相关建议与支持
