Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years of proven sales experience (Fresh graduates with a strong drive to learn are welcome to apply for a junior role).
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Mobility: Must possess own transport (car/motorcycle) and be willing to travel for client meetings.
Language: Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. (Optional: Ability to speak Mandarin/local dialects is a strong advantage depending on your target market).
Attitude: Target-driven, self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
岗位职责
Lead Generation: Actively identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
Sales Presentations: Conduct professional product/service demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients (B2B/B2C).
Deal Closing: Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contract terms, and successfully close sales deals to meet monthly targets.
Account Management: Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Market Insights: Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor movements, and industry developments to pitch effectively.
