Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

3–6 years of experience in construction industry is an advantage.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Knowledge in PAM, JKR, or FIDIC contracts.

Proficient in AutoCAD, QSB, and Microsoft Excel.

Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Able to work independently and in a team.

Manage project costing, budgeting, and tender submissions.

Prepare BOQ, progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts.

Monitor project costs and ensure profitability.

Handle contracts, subcontractor payments, and procurement activities.

Prepare commercial reports and ensure contractual compliance.
